1. Payment Terms

1.A) Payment can be in installments or in full amount depending on the project.1.B) Refunds are allowed if I have not started on the commission yet. Otherwise no refunds1.C) Full payment is required upon approval of initial sketch1.D) Review Process: A rough sketch will be provided for your review before payment. This is the only stage at which you may request significant adjustments. Minor adjustments will be allowed at later stages but may incur additional fees.1.E) Payment is ONLY accepted through PayPal

2. Commercial, Personal, and Usage Rights

2.A) Commissions are for Personal & Limited commercial use.

-You are also free to print and frame your commission for personal use}2.B) Selling merchandise of any kind is not allowed unless discussed which will incur purchasing rights2.C) I reserve the right to use any and all artwork such as finished products and progress shots in my portfolio, social media, or as promotional material. Additional fees will be applied for exclusive rights

3. References

3.A) Please provide adequate references for your character(s) so the process runs smoothly. It is recommended to have at least 2-3 references or a detailed character sheet3.B) If the illustration of the commission has a pattern, motiff, or tattoo included with the character, you as the client agree via commissioning me that you will provide the PNG or image file of the design for me to include in the commission

4. Commission Progress & Terms

4.A) I am allowed to decline any commission if I feel it is not suitable for my style, current skills, or comfortThings I am not skilled at:

Gore, Horror, Light NSFW
^{-Light NSFW such as non-explicit nudity may be considered, but proof of buyer’s age (18+) is required}Not Accepted:
NSFW, Lewd, Fetishized gore, TV or Game characters, Art-Styles different to my own or not listed

4.B) You as the customer have a number of 4 total revisions; no more
<sub>- revisions can include a change in hand position, clothing, hairstyle, or facial expression
- Minor changes such as eye color do not count as a revision.
-revisions are no longer permitted once within the rendering phase</sub>

5. Prohibited Actions

5.A) Tracing, photo bashing, editing, and copying is strictly prohibited5.B) Removal of my signature is strictly prohibited unless paid for
_{- removal of signature is a 35% charge}5.B) Use of my artwork in AI training, AI-based generation, or any machine learning is strictly prohibited5.C) Sharing or distribution of my work for pornographic, explicit, or malicious intent is prohibited5.D) Breaking any of these rules will automatically follow a ban and a public blacklist

6. Deadlines and Delivery

6.A) Specific deadlines must be discussed before commissioning and will not otherwise be accepted post-commission process6.B) Rush Orders incur a % fee6.C) Standard turnaround time will vary depending on the complexity of the request, my current workload, and IRL circumstances as a caregiver and college student
